Biotexcom conference Sofia 15-16th July - anyone know about this?

Like a lot of people, I was absolutely gutted with the Russian invasion in Ukraine which affected the Biotexcom surrogacy. I searched their website and apparently they are still in operations and planning a two-day conference in Sofia, Bulgaria. I registered to go and was told now it was cancelled. I smell a scam in the making but wanted to check if anyone has experience with this clinic ? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This clinic used to do lots of spamming pretending to be patients on this site when I first joined. They were reported to admin loads and it has been much better however I suspect they can't really advertise with the current war situation so that's probably why they haven't been around as much.xx
