Bleeding 7dp5dt but BFP—success stories needed please :(

I started getting a pretty visible FRER line even at 4pd5dt and was feeling cautiously optimistic. But yesterday (day 6) and today I’ve been having light bleeding of every color: started out brown/pink, then became red overnight, and now brownish again. At its peak, it was enough to even tint my pee. It doesn’t that different from how a period might start. I’ve called my clinic but so far no response and knowing them, they’ll tell me to just sit tight and wait for my official beta (which isn’t for another FULL WEEK, they don’t test until 14dpt). I tested again this morning and my line is even darker than yesterday’s. But the bleeding—which is enough to stain a pantyliner and require a new one every few hours—seems more than just spotting, and there has even been some specks of what looks almost like mucus. I’m dreading the tsunami of devastation that is possibly building in the distance. Please tell me others have experienced this and had a non-miscarriage/CP outcome…

Check out my posts. I’ve had a lot of bleeding in pregnancy. It is possible to all be ok. It’s utterly terrifying though, I’m so sorry you’re having this experience.

This happened with with my little boy I had a subchorionic hematoma if you want to check out my posts from 2020. Thinking of you I know it’s so incredibly scary! Xxx

Hi Catmom. Oh dear! All you can do is to keep up with any prescribed medication and test on the day recommended by your clinic. Hope all is well and keep an eye out for any infection - smells. dark urine etc. Diane

Thanks everyone. Today is 8dp5dt and as of yesterday afternoon, the bleeding slowed down and then stopped altogether. Nothing as of this morning. But then a little spot just now. My clinic did call me yesterday and they suggested I increase my progesterone supp to 3 x day (from 2 x day). But this is on top of 2mL of PIO injections daily, so I can’t imagine that it’s low progesterone levels driving the bleeding—my progesterone level was actually really high at 82 the day after transfer, which almost made me wonder if it was TOO high. In any event, still just holding my breath and waiting for my official beta. My FRER line as of this morning is still pretty strong; I wish I knew what kind of beta it represented. Thanks again for the comments. This rollercoaster is so hard, especially after having had previous failures and remembering how shattering it can be.

Thanks for all of your comments ladies!! The good news is that the bleeding stopped and it does seem like it was implantation bleeding. I've now moved on to having gotten my first u/s that shows two gestational sacs at 5 weeks (but nothing else) with an HCG level of 11000. I'm not sure if this is promising or not because I've read that with such a high HCG level, there should be more than just a GS seen. Trying to stay positive and hope for the best while I wait for the next ultrasound in 10 days. Thanks again for the support.
