I had my double embryo transfer yesterday! I would love to get back to running and swimming as was doing before started the stims but I always seem to end up feeling a bit run-down for a week or two after egg collection- does anyone else experience this? Anyway, the fear of exercise hindering implantation just isn’t worth it for me so the most I’ll be doing is short walks. All the luck in the world to you Harley1977 xxx

Hope 2WW going well - try to keep yourself busy - reading a good book - going on long walks now weather better - catching up with friends & family with whatsapp etc Rest when you can - eat a healthy diet - take plenty of fluids Continue with any meds you have been given as directed Good luck
