I had my day 5 scan and there are already some follicles over 16 mm, quite a few at 10-11-12-13-14 mm too. Doc was happy with everything. I'm starting Cetrotide today as well. Triggering Saturday night with Ovitrelle 250 and I have two other injections with it Gonapeptyl which I've never heard of 😹. They won't do anymore scans just some bloods Saturday morning and EC will be Monday morning. In all honesty I didn't expect things going that fast. I'm beyond excited and I hope this time everything will be better and we can get some good embryos 🤞🤞🤞
Treatment here is so different than UK, doctors are so relaxed and working as everything they do is nothing out of the ordinary hahaa. So weird as I was expecting scans and bloods every other day etc etc.

Wow those are some amazing news! I had my last time 2 shots of Gonapeptyl because I was having too many follicles and my doctor gave those so I won't get severe OHSS. They're like Fyremadel but hurt more.Fingers crossed you get some sticky and healthy eggs!
Ahaaa it all makes sense now. I've got quite a few follicles 25+ and also polycystic ovaries, so I guess that's the reason I've been given those two injections as well. Thank you for that! 🙂 and congratulations on your BFP 🌺❤️😘Hope you are feeling great 😘 xxx

It's absolutely normal to be nervous but don't let the previous experience put you down and make you feel too anxious. Stay positive and I'm sure everything will be amazing! No Metformin, I don't have the syndrome just my ovaries are polycystic doc said this was the milder version. And I had like 100 of blood tests hopefully not being on Metformin won't change the outcome 😍☺️🥰🌺

Ahh thank you 🙏 I didn’t want to mention my pregnancy but thank you also for your kindness when it’s a hard time for you. I can tell you it’s not an easy ride as I have pelvic pain now but from that little 5AB embryo we have a little girl inside there wriggling around and head is moving down so hopefully she’s about to get into better positions - and I’ll only know in 9 weeks if it’s moved up but I have faith. I had no idea about what I was in for at the beginning of ivf and had little expectation so I was just along on the rollercoaster and getting excited when my follicles were growing! I do think maybe a happy state of mind can really help you through the process so I wish you all the luck and I’m sure you won’t need it 🥰😘😘😘😘😘
