After my egg retrieval yesterday 46 eggs retrieved the embryologist has called me this morning to let us know we have 18 fertilised.. hoping over the next few days we get a good amount that make it to the blastocyst stage ready to be frozen! 👶🏼🥚💫🙏🏼🤍

Hi TTC. Ihope you're drinking plenty of water to protect your ovaries and making sure you don't get constipated. At least 3L of water each day and make sure you wee lots of nice clear urine too. Hope the embies keep growing. Diane

I’m actually suffering with going to the toilet! 😩 I’m drinking lots of fluids, could you suggest something to help? Or do you think i should speak with pharmacy? X

I had OHSS with one of my retrievals. And the nurse said to eat protein and drink plenty of water 3-4 liters per day and a lot of milk.
