Freaking out

So my test day isn’t till day but I’ve already done a few tests and have had BFP but I’ve just had some blood and crams ? I would of had my period today so is this normal? As the only time I bleed last time was when I had 2 miscarriages both at 6 weeks 😭 I’m really panicking help!!!

Hi hun, are you on progesterone support? It might be a good idea to call your clinic, and I wonder if they might suggest increasing your progesterone? I had some spotting quite early on, called my clinic and they upped my progesterone (from 2 Cyclogest to 3 daily). Wishing you the very best of luck hun.

Agree with previous response - I spotted/bled on cyclogest rectally on one of my fresh transfers and that was probably from not enough progesterone support. For my FET, I went on ultrogestan vaginally (possibly better at being absorbed and getting to where it's needed) plus injections and even then needed to add an extra daily injection after transfer - clinic said you can't have too much progesterone. I had spotting and bleeding again as soon as I tapered off the pessaries at 12 weeks and my doctors suggested going back on them, so they were definitely making a difference for me even at that later stage. I was told brown blood is ok and to watch out for an increase or bright red (which I also got btw, but apparently it was all still fine - just very worrying). Maybe your clinic or GP could also check your HCG and progesterone levels to see they're in the right ballpark?
