2WW anyone ?

Hi there

This is my 3rd round of ivf, the first 2 unsuccessful sadly. I’m one week in and I’ve started taking my temp because I’ve had no signs of implantation at all! Last week my temp was sitting nicely at 37, this morning it’s dropped to 36.80 which has obviously got me worried. I only had one embryo put back this time, it was a day 3/7 cell of good quality.

Any support/advice welcomed.

I just wanted to send some love and hugs as I know how awful the TWW is. At the start it doesn't feel as bad as when you try naturally because you haven't got to look out for ovulation and time yourself and wonder if the sperm met the egg. But after the transfer is just awful because you wonder if your little embryo is still around. I wish you all the best x

Thanks Missy-T! It sure is tough I wish I could forget about Google sometimes but it’s hard not to do research! Thanks for your thoughts and wishes and hope you’re well too x

Hi lovely

There’s something called an “implantation dip” where your temp drops for a day or two around implantation and then goes back up. So this might be a good sign!

However, in general, you can’t really rely on temping during IVF because the medications make your body do weird things.
