Results from my PGD testing from EC in August are finally in!

1 embryo is normal and unaffected / not a carrier of my genetic condition. I am SO happy that we have got 1, cause I know we could have ended up with none suitable to transfer … but I’m also just so scared. I’m not blind to the fact that it can take more than just 1 transfer attempt to fall pregnant and that just terrifies me that I’ll be back at square 1 and having to restart a full new round.

A pure mix of emotions, every single stage of this process is a rollercoaster.

Congratulations! I am in the same stage as you on my second round. 1 ready to go out of three which were tested. Completely get how you are feeling especially having been through it all before. Do you have a date for FET? Just make sure you look after yourself - sending lots of luck your way!

Yes, should be early December - eek testing just before Christmas!! I had to postpone a month because of getting COVID!
