Normal cycle = drugs not working. help

First cycle, so I'm new to this all, bear with me!

I've been using the nafarelin nasal spray exactly as directed for about a month so I'm in menopause, had a light breakthrough at 3 weeks, bleed and went in for my down reg checkup last week. Nurse said that it appears I have one follicle which is very large so either just ovulated or going to, my lining is at 11mm which is too thick. That my breakthrough bleed wasn't heavy enough for what they'd expect -it was about the same as my usual period.

I've been told to continue with my nasal spray for another week, so back in tomorrow. What should I expect? What happens next?

I should be on stims injections but no idea when they'll even start that.

Nurse has said that I cannot go wrong with dosing for the nasal spray so that's okay, but just that some women don't respond to it. She did say sometimes they'll use the final stim injection then go from there and effectively start again.

Hey didn’t want your post to go without comment. I can’t answer your question but wanted to wish you all the luck 🍀 You have to put your trust in your fertility clinic and don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you need to. Ring them back and tell/ask them if you don’t understand. It’s so hard with your first cycle as your not sure what should happen at what time. I always say expect the unexpected at all times 🥴. Anyway good luck 🤞🏼 we’re onto a fet next month all being well!
