Hi everyone. I just joined newly.

Still trying to conceive. Please, can you suggest what to do or trusted supplements that help to clean up the uterus (womb) for conception.

Thank you.

Hi

And welcome!!

I took 4000mg of L’arginine to assist with blood flow

I think from memory vitamin E has some properties to help the uterus as well.

I read the book ‘it starts with the egg’ it’s a very informative book, which gives suggestions on improving egg quality, sperm quality, along with preparing your uterus

I can understand the feelings of struggle for infertility. It is a hard journey with various and sometimes overwhelming treatment possibilities. There is one option to boost your baby making chances. It’s relatively simple and non-invasive: your diet and some more of the micronutrients you get from food or supplements. But It is necessary to consult your doctor first. Because fertility is a complex equation, and each person’s body is different. The science around micronutrients and conception is still, shall we say, in its infancy. Vitamins play important roles in female health. They’re essential for many functions. Both ALC and LC can boost sperm motility in men. Dosing recommendations used to promote male fertility. However, it’s important to consult your healthcare provider before supplementing with LC or ALC to ensure safety and proper dosing. There are many more supplements you can take like: vitamin B-1, B-2,B-3, B-6 and B-12 , coenzyme Q10,folic acid, omega-3s, selenium, zinc, iron, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin C. But make sure to consult with your doctor first. All the best for your journey…….

Hi evelyn

Welcome to the group! For supplements, I would recommend Impryl (it includes the B vitamins which the previous posters mention), vitamin D, and cod liver oil (for omega 3s). There are millions of supplements that are possible to take, but if you're eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruit, veg and animal protein then you shouldn't need to supplement with much else.

For increasing blood flow to the uterus, I would see if there's a massage therapist near you that practices Maya abdominal massage. It's a massage technique that's focused on the abdomen and it's really lovely. Aside from being relaxing, it will increase blood flow the uterus. Acupuncture from an acupuncturist who specialises in fertility is also a good option.

Good luck! xx
