Anyone used DuoStim protocol and can share insights?

Does anyone know of a doctor/clinic in London experienced with or specialise in DuoStim protocols?

Hi there, I am currently on a short protocol where I take both Gonal F and menopur. I also use a double trigger- ovitrelle and buserilin. Is this a duo stim protocol?

Hi, yours is a short protocol with a double trigger. The DuoStim is two consecutive stimulation in the same cycle. one follicular and then luteal. Thank you for your reply! and all best of wishes

Hi I was wondering if u found out any information about any clinics round london who are doing duostim?

I’ve been told my AMH is too low (2.6 @ 40) to try with my own eggs again but I’ve been reading up about how a duostim could be a better option.

Just wanted a bit more info

I couldn't find a clinic that offers it routinely. Since it's a freeze all protocol (no fresh transfer is possible after luteal stim), the docs I spoke with recommended against it for low reserve. Apparently, there's a lot of evidence accumulating against freezing with low reserve. I learnedthe long protocol or the short flare with double or tripple trigger might give more eggs and allow fresh cycle. 40 is not too bad. It's 42 when the trouble realy start.

My clinic has suggested that I try a Duostim cycle next. I’m 45 so this will be my final cycle. I was wondering if you ended up doing a Duostim cycle?

Hi AEVS, do you mind me asking what other protocols you have tried so far? I'm 44 and my clinic suggested flare protocol with corticosteroids.
