Help !! 8 days missed period... npt

Hi everyone,

I haven't wrote for a while.. I had a miscarriage in December at 7 weeks (throughFET), my period has always been spot on, maybe 2 days late or a day earlier, however this month I'm 8 days late!! I did a pregnancy test but it was negative... im so concern and scared that something is wrong with me... Im 31 years old but I cannot help thinking, is my menopause coming early?? I dont know.. any advice will be helpful.. lots of love to you all

Sometimes after a cycle it can take a while for your body to reset. I was also a bit low on vitamins too despite supplements. I felt generally not great. I did a detox to help get my body back to a baseline.

I am sure your period will come try not to worry.

So sorry for your miscarriage 💔

My first period came quite quickly after my miscarriage, but my second was about 6 days late. It took a few months for them to regulate again but they eventually settled back into a pattern. Xx

Hi Nat 1302, After my Miscarriage my period was two weeks late. I even phoned my GP on day 10 as I was thinking all sorts! Gp said we would be more concerned if you was bleeding too much than not at all. On day 14 my period came. Doc said it can take months for the body to get back to norm. Hang on in there lovely.
