I just noticed on my Pessary a streak of blood which was little dark in color and not bright red. It didn't come on the tissue but on pessary when I inserted & took it out. Sorry for the details. Can it be implantation bleed? I have minor cramps now too & little back pain. In a normal cycle my AF should be due on or before 8th of this month. Its day 7-8 post ET. I'm more worried now. As I did HPT out of curiosity & it came out -ve today just before this bleed. I'm using tissue again & again to check whether it is implantation bleed (should be minimal) or actually like AF. Its very confusing. What to do?

The bleeding could be implantation but could also be caused by the pessaries. I ended up alternating mine between front and back (sorry TMI) as I would get little spots of bleeding (even after my BFP) so the clinic advised me to do that. I was on Cyclogest twice a day.
All symptoms can be AF or could be the sign of a positive test. So difficult and sooo cruel. Hang in there, try and distract yourself until OTD.
In my 2ww I had cramps too and I just felt like AF was coming.
Thank you so much for this London_Lady1. Last night was just on the pessaries & brownish color but today it really feels like AF with cramps, lower back pain & even pain in the legs.. but waiting on my clinic's further instructions. Will continue with Crinone BD untill then.. but its hard now to keep hopes up.. thank you.. 👍👍
Have everything crossed for you. My cramps have been the main symptom of my whole pregnancy. Sometimes I forget im pregnant because it feels like I'm on my period. I think the midwifes are fed up about me asking if cramping is normal! See what your clinic says and try and stay positive until/if you hear otherwise. Xxc
Hi saror. Probably just down to the pessaries irritation your cervix a little. You could try using them in your back passage to give "the front" a rest for a couple of days. Hopefully all will settle down soon. Good luck! Diane
