How to stop worrying?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to get pregnant for the past 9 months but no postive result till now. I'm very worried and stressed every month on the due date of my period. My cycle is 27-33 I become very worried when my cycle is becoming near. I stopped taking home Hcg testing, as that would make me heart broken everytime the result becomes negative. I stopped taking the test, every month I'll pray my period won't come. I want someone to tell me how to stop worrying.

I know how you feel I have been through it. Tried conceiving naturally, Acupunture and IVF and nothing has seemed to have worked. It is very painful and puts you in a very dark place. But you have to somehow remain hopeful and positive your day will come. Stress is a big stopper too I think try and find things which help you relax, find hobbies and do things you love I know easier said than done when we are so baby focussed. This journey as hard it is has made me much stronger and making me fight through my fertility journey more.
