Hi,I always take l'arginine and my lining had got to a point that I can transfer but I take quite a few other things so it's hard to tell what works!

I've read that L'arginine might not be great for egg quality so I don't take it if I'm having an egg collection but as all my transfers are frozen I've been taking it again.

It's so hard to know what to do isn't it?!

I've been drinking a lot of raspberry leaf tea too, I'm just trying everthing!

Good luck xxx

Oh thanks Pebbles! I’ve just had a freeze all egg collection and prepping for my 3rd FET in a few weeks. My lining has never got above 8mm so keen to try and improve that this time if I can! What else have you been taking if you don’t mind me asking? I’ve heard vit E until transfer good too xx

Well I've tried a lot!never sure what works but now I take baby aspirin, 2 x estrogen patches changed every 24 hours, 4 x progynova, Larginine, raspberry leaf tea plus raspberry leaf supplements and 2 x vitamin E.I've been taking it all for a really long time now and had a better lining than before but still not great. It always looks very healthy though so I really hope something works!

If you need any more advice please get in touch xxx

Hi lovely, I used it in prep for my fet I've just had, about 6 weeks before, and stopped 3 days before transfer. Lining got to 9.8mm. Also used vit e, and raspberry leaf tea and beetroot juice xx

Oh wow, that’s a fantastic lining! Was it an improvement on previous attempts? Xx

It's my first fet and theyve never really told me what it was for my fresh cycles. I've never particularly had a problem with linings but just wanted to do what I could in order to help really. Will it be a fet for you lovely? Xx

Yeah, third FET. I’ve never had a fresh as always at risk of OHSS. Never had a lining above 8mm so hoping I can thicken it this time! 🤞🏻Hope your 2ww is going ok xx

Hi I took this along with raspberry leaf tea I had a lining of 7.8 prior to ovulation which shrunk back to 5.6 where the nurse told me I had no chance......

That same month I fell pregnant & now nearly 20 weeks. the following medications, Estrogen, Progynova 10mg and Trental-Pentoxyfylline I read about which have great increases in linings thickening. This is what I was going to ask for xx
