So I know it’s obviously wayyyy to early but anyone who’s been through the TWW will know it feels like an age, if I was to use an early detection test and My test date isn’t until the 4th December, when can I test it was a 5 day embryo 😂 I know the advise would be wait until the date but I really can’t wait that long 😂

Hello Khess, I think it's up to you. Can you handle going through the heartache of a false positive or false negative? You hear of so many ppl having positive stories testing at home, but ultimately it's about you. I've done both, tested early and waited for results. It just depends where you and your partner are.

Hi hun it’s a frozen round, so in terms of false positives can you get them in a frozen round? My clinic tell us to test at home and they tell you when it’s just I’m unsure of when it might actually start reading on the tests! Thank you for relying xx

Hey Khess! Oh I feel you dont worry it is TORTURE!! Everyone is different some women get faint lines 4, 5, days after transfer BUT everyone is different. Completely agree with Rosy its about what you can handle...the TWW is bad enough without having to test everyday, which is what you will end up doing...... Please know my clinic tested on day 10 and it was faintest of faintest lines (only confirmed later in the day by my beta) so can you imagine the if i had been testing days before that? I would have been completely distraught for no reason.... Good luck my dear, thinking of you its bloody tough!! xx

I can’t imagine I’ll get a line taht early! And I’m trying my best to hold out, I didn’t think of it like that, might just completely hold off until day 10 then! 🙈 congratulations tho?! 🎉🌈❤️

Looks like we are cycle buddies I had my transfer on Monday ... I will not be testing early as from my experience, it isn’t worth it x you will be doubting the result whether is positive or negative 😬 Good luck to us x

Ahh I’m unsure on how to feel about testing early, it didn’t do me any favours the first time as it was a chemical and if I never tested I would never have known! But I think I will hold off now from talking to people! Thank you xxx

Day 8 or 9 is probably best! But be prepared for a possible neg that may turn positive by day 10 or so!

Both my FET 5dt positives have shown up by day 7 on FRERs but one did turn out to be a chemical pregnancy and all the heartache that comes with early testing because of that so I would advise caution with testing that early. I only tested early because I was bleeding lightly both times and just wanted my negative out the way (normally I didn’t even make it to test day before my period started) good luck 🤗 xx

Ahh hunny I’m so sorry! I’ve brought FRER this time so I might wait until day 10 and just hope because like you the first time it was chemical so if I never tested I would have never noticed, thank you xxx

Hey lovely. For my one ivf BFP I tested at 6dp5dt on FRER and got a faint line that kept getting darker each day up to OTD.

As you know it can take many more days to get a BFP, so don’t get disheartened if it’s negative at that stage, but you never know, you may see a faint line.

For the rounds where I’ve tested daily & it’s not resulted in a BFP I also found this helpful as I was kind of prepared for bad news on OTD.

it seems that we transferred at a very similar time. This wait is unbearable! I keep looking out for symptoms too but don’t really even know when they would start

Did you have any symptoms at all? I had cramps for quite a few days On and off and it’s worried me! Because other then the meds I just feel like my period is on it’s way now! I’ll be waiting for you BFP announcement 🎉🤞🏻🌈

Yes it was positive but I know it may not be correct until OTD but I’ve waited 4 years to see that positive line so it made me smile and gave a little hope to Carry me through until Monday x
