Can’t sleep 4 days post 5dt

I’m really struggling to sleep and I’m

Worried it’s going to stop This cycle being successful. Anyone slept badly and has success?

I slept so bad during my TWW, I put it down to the anxiety. Went on to get my bfp at 8dp5dt.

Its sooo hard not to worry. Its like a cruel circle of worry then some small relief. I know its hard but try to keep busy. I found going to work was literally the only real way to distract myself x

Yes! My grandma died unexpectedly in my TWW, I was inconsolable and barely slept. I went round in circles being stressed about being stressed. My test was positive and my little one arrived safely 9 months later.

Be kind to yourself and try to give yourself something else to think about like a puzzle before bed xx

Gosh that must have been awful! Thank you for taking the time to reply, it’s really putting my mind at ease hearing people say it’s not all lost because I can’t sleep. Oh and congratulations on your little one 💗xxx

Try to rest even if you can't sleep. I really don't think it will impact your chances. You gotta just distract yourself. Netflix, walking, working, this forum. Whatever you can do. Wishing you so much luck. Xx

Being unable to sleep was always my biggest symptom so fingers crossed you’re starting to get hcg in your system and that’s what’s keeping you awake! Either way, it definitely won’t stop your transfer working!!!Xxx
