2dp5dt and bleeding already

Hi I haven’t posted for a while. I’m currently on my 2nd cycle, I had a frozen transfer on Sunday and today I’m bleeding, quite a large clot came out but it was mainly brown. My period isn’t due for another 8 days. Could this be my period coming early, I have some cramping now too. I have had 2 positives on my last cycle which both ended in miscarriage but I didn’t experience this so I’m panicking that it’s all over already and it’s only been 2 days 😭. Anyone else had this happen to them?

Hi. Are you still having this? I had FET last Thursday, had spotting 3dt and then bleeding 5dt and 6dt. I’m really panicking it’s over. I spoke to my clinic and they just said rest and it shouldn’t be a period but it’s not slowing down!

Hi yes today it’s still there but it’s only when I wipe, it’s still brownish but today it did look lighter in colour, my period isn’t due until next wed. I’m praying it’s implantation but when I got pregnant on my last Fet I had a tiny bit of brown blood just once when I wiped then that was it so I’m really worried this is my period coming. Fingers crossed for you xx

Mine is slowing down now, it’s so different to my last FET which wasn’t successful. Really hope this is a good sign for you! X

That sounds promising, mine seems to have stopped for today will just have to see what tomorrow brings. When are you testing xx

Not until next Wednesday officially, I’m going to try and hold out but I’m not hopeful. How about you x

Mines Thursday but I can’t see me holding out that long but if the bleeding gets worse I may just have to wait, good luck hopefully this will be our time xx

It could be implantation bleeding can take 1-5 days for a FET to implant then a few days after you should get a positive test x

Thank you, I have had implantation bleeding before but it’s never been as much as this and the big brown clot that came out Has really made me go into panic mode xx

At such an early stage it's probably just from the procedure and nothing to worry about. I had it once where the catheter had scratched the top of my cervix (the consultant mentioned this happened) and the blood appeared a couple days later. I didn't have this problem before and I haven't had it since - just very random. I do also have a problem with early bleeding probably due to low progesterone but that happens usually 4 days after and then the bleeding doesn't stop. Good luck! Xxx

Thank you, yes I’m thinking my cervix has been knocked. I have difficult transfers but this one was actually my best so far, the last one I had to be clamped and I didn’t even bleed with that one and the nor did I when they had to clamp me 5 times on my 1st try so it was so worrying seeing it this time when the transfer went so well. Hopefully it will stop now but I’ll just have to ride it out xx
