Hi lovely ladies,

I hope you’re all well ☺️ there is a programme on tonight called Miscarriage: Our Story on Channel 5 at 10pm.

It is of various women speaking openly of their miscarriages, discussing what is unfortunately a taboo subject to raise awareness and also give others hope too 💛

I just thought some might find it helpful to watch - although very upsetting no doubt and maybe if you’re not ready to watch just yet, it could be one to watch when you are - even just to give you hope on those low days.

Thinking of those who have experienced a loss, especially those maybe struggling right now.
