Uterine syneachy/pelvic adhesion/scar tissue

I've just been diagnosed with uterine syneachy/pelvic adhesion last week. I've been trying to conceive for 5years now. Just opened my tubes last week but hsg result said I have uterine syneachy scar tissue.

Pls what supplements can I use to treat it? Thanks

Hi. Jennydamsel. Sorry to hear that you have this condition. I don't know of any medication or supplements to treat this, but you may need surgery to "tidy" it up. See what your specialist advises. Good luck! Diane
