Hi Ladies. I’m 35 and just undergoing my 1st IVF treatment.Im currently on 7dp5dpt and finding it so tempting to do a test now but know I shouldn’t.

Oooh good luck to you, hope you get a positive outcome. Try, try, try not test early, much easier said than done tho 🙈 Your 1/2 way there tho and hopefully the 2nd week goes quick for you🤞🏼🤞🏼 xx

I’m a tester lol! Decide if it will make you feel better or worse if you test early, if you think it will help then just do it. But remember the result can’t be relied upon. I had bfp at 8dp5dt and 6dp5dt 😁

Thanks I’ve decide to trying and hold off a few more days.My test day is Tuesday but my husband will be working away then so might do 1 together on Sunday before he goes and then another on the Tuesday.

Probably a sensible decision. Be much better to do it together a couple of days early if he won’t be around for OTD. Will keep everything crossed for x

I was in same boat, 35, first round of IVF and got a positive on 7dp5dt, l also tested on 9dp and 11dp to check progression.

currently almost 10 weeks, still petrified but it can and does work, so stay positive! 😊
