Hi all,

After my embryos were frozen last minute due to Covid I am finally having my transfer on the 25th!

As this is my first round I just wanted a little bit of advice and guidance on the do’s/ don’t’s throughout the 2WW 🤞🏽.

Hi I’m almost at the end of the 2ww on my first cycle. The biggest tip for, me at least I would say is to relax. Which is easier said than done. But it will make it a lot nicer experience if you do. I’m a stress head by nature so I forced myself to chill out and it really helped.

I was that focused on the injections and the procedures I didn’t even think about how hard the waiting would be!

Take it one day at a times and keep your mind busy. Don’t stress, do something nice and be kind to yourself.

Exciting that your transfer date is nearly here! Relax best you can, but also keep yourself busy, well distracted best you can (if this is at all possible). I know on the two week waits when I have been working and busy with that, then the time has gone much quicker. Maybe plan a few things, anything to take your mind off it, I would say would help.

Mostly stay positive and believe ... and hopefully your wish will come true 💫
