When did your bleed start after MMC 😢

Hi everyone.

I hope everyone of you is doing great where ever you are in your journey. Happy to see so many positive updates. And im so sorry if you are going through a rough patch.

As per my last post found out last Wednesday that i hd a MmC babys hart stopped at 6 weeks at my 8+5 scan. I stopped meds immediately.

Did any of you go through the natural way and how long did it take for the actual miscarriage to hppen? Its horrible to wait for such a thing to happen 💔

Have a lovely day x

I'm so sorry for your loss Hun. I had 2 mmc but they were from natural pregnancies so I didn't have meds to stop. I know everyone is different but in my case my bleeding started around 2 weeks after the scans where no heartbeat was detected. This was when I was booked in for the D & C procedure anyway as it was hospital policy to wait 2 weeks to be rescanned before I was allowed surgery. Sending you big hugs xx

Sorry for your loss Mimi. Its truly devastating. I also had a MMC it took roughly 10 days for the miscarriage to happen. Be kind to yourself and take care.

Thank u hunny for this. It really helps to read everyones experience xxx hope your well xx

Hi,

I'm sorry you have had MMC it is the worst feeling in the world. I have been there and it was a IVF pregnancy.. I went natrually and took around a week before I miscarried. I had my first period week later or so.. I then tracked my ovulation every day until it was super strong we then done the deed and got pregnant. If you want to try straight away it deffintley gives you a higher chance. As your body is highly fertile after mc. sorry if it's not want you want so I'm sorry if I came across insensitive just thought to let you know incase you want to.

Aww so happy for you darling. I hope your doing well. You are not insensitive at all. Im sure 99% of us do want to move on and although it sounds horrible but yes use this fertile period to try xx

I am so sorry you’re going through this. I am going through this now too. I had my 12 scan yesterday and found our baby had died at 9 weeks. I have to wait until Monday to discuss options but I’m going to insist on d&c. I had medical management when I had my tfmr last year and it was very traumatic. In my opinion I just don’t want to drag this heartbreak on any longer. I really hope it all happens quickly for you. Xx

Hi hun im so sorry to read this. Its horrible and I understand why you want to make this happen asap. My clinic even recommend d&c if ur further along. It is a strange feeling walking around. I cannot imagine your pain as you were so close to second trimester and they say that thats the time ur out of danger kind of. How will we ever have hope during a pregnancy i wonder. X

I'm so sorry to hear it mimisami...giving my positivity to u... As u know I lost mine at 7weeks....its my second mc last one was natural one I mean I came to know about it when I started to miscarry... But this one is no heartbeat at early scan... I waited 2 weeks but I can only go to FET only after mc n also wait for another period... So to fasten my process I opted for medications.... I took them on Aug 2nd...n today 15th I finished my mc... Need to book for scan to get report of my finished mc.... It's better you go with medications rather then wait for natural mc which is stressful...the soon u finish mc, u can go back to ur next step... Remember this should only make you strong.... Gud luck

Hi Hun. I follow your journey and i really admire your strength and positivity. I know see how horrible it must have been for u. I do wish i gad had the meds straight away but nurse said wait. And deep down i wasnt ready. But im ready now and am going in Wednesday for meds. Im sorry it took so long hun. Hope it wasnt too bad x god bless you

Hi... I was also not ready for meds but I couldn't come out from the fact that the baby is no longer alive.... The more I waited the more I feel like my baby is growing day by day... Not only to me but also my hubby is also felt the same... After knowing the fact that baby has no heartbeat, we keep on discussing about post delivery plans!!!! So just to stop that I opted for meds.... It's same like natural mc... But make sure u have energy bars, orange juice n coconut water beside u when u start meds.... M here to help u if u hv any doubts.... Don't worry... Women are strong!!!! Gud luck...

What a horrible time you are having. With my MMCs each time they wanted to wait for it to happen and said if it hadn’t happened in two weeks to go back but I couldn’t wait that long as I just wanted it over! The first time I waited 10 days and nothing happened, the next I waited a week but the last Mmc I just went straight for surgery as I needed it to be physically over so I could start to repair mentally ... will be thinking of you on Weds - take time to heal xx

Hi daisy i hope you’re well. Hope you are closer to the next round. I just started the bleed last night and its just unbearable (im sure ppl who gave birth wont agree with me that this is worst pain).

I dont know what to expect as well because i youtube it and got some videos on miscarriages around 6 weeks but they were very graphic and went in to what discharges came off. Ao im waiting for that to happen but until bow just a very very strong period like situation x

I had a natural MC at something like 5+6 weeks and it was just a very heavy period with worse cramps than normal. I did pass a load of clots but nothing obviously identifiable and it wasn't as traumatic mentally as I thought. You can do this. Sending you a huge hug xx

in reply to

Thanks Daisy. Im guessing i will have this too as baby stopped at 6 weeks and then shrunk. Maybe a blessing in disguise we dont have to see a fetus or the placenta etc. Thank u so much again xxx

I’m so sorry you’re having to go through this Mimi 😢 I had a MC at 6 weeks and same as Daisy, it was like a heavy period with some bad clots and cramps, ending with one very large clot which I guessed was the sack although it wasn’t upsettingly identifiable or anything. As soon as that last one happened, my pregnancy symptoms stopped and my test was negative by the next day.

Sending you a big hug xxxx
