Ingrowning hair on tummy

Hi All

Just a stupid question, i got this really red looking ingrowning hair on my tummy. I am not sure how that has happen. Could this cause issues for early pregnancy? I am still taking injections in my tummy. Its a little painful and red. I am not going to pop it as i don't what to get an infection.

Any advice would be helpful

Shouldn’t cause any issues, but soak it using warm water with salt and a cotton pad and if you see the hair, try pulling it out as that’ll instantly relieve it xx
