mild ivf in forties more effcient?

good afternoon! I have read that for women over forty mild or natural ivf might be more indicated, in order not to 'tire' out your ovaries and to preserve egg quality. wondering if anyone has any experience or reading to reccommend to support this theory.

Many thanks in advance!

Hi Hanfis79, I was wondering whether you had anyone come back to you or whether you decided to go down this route?

Hi Sammy, i didn't in the end because i fell pregnant naturally shortly after :) 23 weeks now! I have read that mild ivf is better for older ladies because for us is quality rather than quantity but i guess everyone is different. Wishing you very good luck!
