So i used be very active as a child, when my mentrual cycles have started i kinda became lazy and thus used to have irregular cycles. Before i started mentruating i used to be an early riser but later im not.
As days has gone i never noticed that laziness is the reason for my hormonals imbalance.over the years when i was diagnosed with pcos when im 16 the fear that all my friends used to get periods on time and they keep on asking me why im not getting mine.In that fear i used to wakeup early and do my skipping due to stress and finally i used to get period, which takes me back to my laziness, again after 2or3 months again same process continues.so waking up early has an impact on your brain which releases hormones.
Even now also if i wake up early and think about my mentruation, periods, and ovulation then i can see changes in my body.....as brain is the reason for all this process just please be positive it has alot of impact on brain.
My biggest regret till now is my laziness.still after lot of trying and with a miscarriage i cant overcome it.with my experience i request all women please wake up early go for walk, have breakfast heavy, eat your meals on time go to bed early by 9pm.this regime will keep your excess hormones in control.also if you have a daughter please wake her up early.
Hope this helps...all the best warriors....follow for my experiences...
