Af arrived bang on time this evening. While I didnโ€™t quite โ€œfeel itโ€ over the entire 2ww, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed. By the time my ivf clinic reopens, there will be a long waiting list. I was half way through my monitoring cycle only, so I surely wonโ€™t be one of their priority patients. I am turning 42 in a couple of months and I donโ€™t know what I can do to increase my chances of getting pregnant naturally in the next 2-3 cycles while stuck at home. Has anyone tried vitex (chasteberry)? I have a few bottles left over from before so I might start taking it. My problem is my age so any advice from anyone? Good luck everyone else trying, I am sending positive vibes to you all out there

Gutting. Sorry to hear this. ๐Ÿ˜ข Hopefully they would make you a priority because of your age, but I also understand the fear of long waiting lists and not being a priority. Even before coronavirus, my clinic was oversubscribed (private clinic!) and put us back not being able to accommodate us. No advice; sending positive vibes back. xxx

Hi ttcemmie thanks for your message and the positive vibes. I have just taken vitex and bought some maca pills from amazon. I am not a big believer of supplements / alternative medicines but I am desperate enough to try them. Xx

Sorry to hear your news! I've heard those supplements highly recommended for PCOS and ovulation issues, personally nothing has helped mine, but worth a try I say!! Best of luck to you and hoping you won't be waiting too much longer!! xxxx

Come to Athens Greece if you can get away once this is over. No waiting list and way cheaper. Plus we have very low corona virus here and ivf will open way sooner than other countries!! Pm me of you need anything whatsoever. Keep breathing and have hope. You can do this warrior ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฆพ

Hello Corchi I will look into Greece to see if I couldnโ€™t it over the summer holidays. I have three little ones so definitely canโ€™t do term time. I might pm you for more information thank you so much for offering to help. It is much easier to get the info from someone who has done it abroad. Xxx

I can send you the details of the clinic I went to on my last cycle. They were amazing and I know they donโ€™t have a waiting list either. We went on the recommendation of someone else whoโ€™d had 3 failed cycles in the UK but it worked first time for them through this clinic. You would just need to stay out in Brno for a week. It didnโ€™t cost us the earth either. The round of ICSI was ยฃ2500 and then the medication on top was ยฃ800. Flights were dirt cheap to Prague. I think we got 2 return flights for ยฃ250. And then accommodation and food for the week worked out about ยฃ1000 (but thatโ€™s only because we stayed somewhere really nice as I wanted somewhere comfortable whilst recovering from the egg collection).

I honestly couldnโ€™t recommend this clinic highly enough. Theyโ€™ve got very good reviews and have people from all over the world going to them xxx

Have you tried DHEA, C0Q10? I'm also over 40 and trying everything to improve the quality.

I've just had a natural mmc, we only found out whilst stimming for our last cycle xx

In case it helps...CCRM (leading fertility clinic in US) also recommend Aรงaรญ. The Now brand do capsules or liquid.

Are you also taking ubiquinol to improve egg quality?
