Mooorning lovely ladiess hope you are all well!

Today is 9dp5dt and is my OTD. The tests are positive but I can't quite believe even even though I've been testing positive for few days.

I still have some brown discharge at times but nothing major, bit of cramping and due to my natural miscarriages I'm absolutely terrified. Instead of happiness I feel fear, absolute fear of what the future holds! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈

I hope everything will be fine! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

I am having a few counselling sessions at the moment, and she said something really important:

“You can’t emotionally prepare for what will happen. Creating fear and negativity is a protection mechanism, but it doesn’t actually provide any protection at all. So just let go, feel the happiness, enjoy the moment.”

Thank you ever so much! I absolutely agree with every word! I was the most positive person I have ever seen in my life even in the darkest times. It's just I think what the whole ttc journey causes to our minds sometimes. Fear takes over and doesn't let the happiness see the light!

Aww congratulations on your BFP 🙂

Try not to worry about the brown spotting it’s very common in early pregnancy & I had it & scans showed it had nothing to do with my baby.I’m 37 weeks tomorrow. Hope that can offer you some hope. My advice is to rest up ( that’s what a GP suggested to do till it stopped)

Sorry for your losses too I had one in 2017 & I do think it does make you worry more ☹️

Yes it's true the previous bad experiences makes us a bit too sensitive and cautious but Will get there 🤗🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤

Yep def good to try to stay positive but so hard at same time with experiences we have had so def go easy on u and know it ok to feel what ever way u feel. Acceptance is good too. Congrats all same though so awesome for u🙌☺️

Am ok. Trying to get on. Just had my first period on 4months which not easy but hey guess means my body is getting back to normal. So good and bad☺️👍. Take good care hun xx

Bless you, it must have been horrible wating for the lines to appear/for it to flash pregnant! Yes stay calm, take it a day at a time and just get through by reaching each milestone. Praying all goes well too! I'm good thank you, waiting for the impending birth of another niece/nephew, I am on standby to look after my 18 month old niece when my SIL goes into labour, her due date was yesterday xx

I got my BFP a week ago, and I still don’t quite believe it and am absolutely terrified. Those words from Anna’s counsellor are spot on, I’m going to also try to keep thinking that. The worry does absolutely no good.
