14dp5dt - waiting for second beta tomorrow, headache is back 😱

Good morning beautiful ladies,

How are you all today? It’s a chilly but sunny day in London, and my friend headache has come back 😕this time though I won’t even take paracetamol, wish me luck ahahaha 😂😂😂😂😂

This morning I struggled to get up, I feel shattered- albeit I was up and very awake at 5am...

I’ll be back to the clinic tomorrow for a second beta and a second progesterone check- if that’s still low I’ll be starting injections 🙈 is anyone doing them? I think the liquid hurts quite a bit?

Good luck with your beta tomorrow!

I’m on the lubion injections and they aren’t too bad. The actual injection doesn’t hurt but it starts to feel a bit like a bruise about an hour after and lasts about a day. Totally worth it though! Xx

Thanks Kibo 😍🍀🤞🏻Are you doing the Lubion on top of the 3 cyclogest pessaries or instead of? What’s the injection site: butt or tummy fat roll? (Got plenty of those 😂😂😂😂) xxx

Tummy! I’m doing 1 Lubion a day and 2 cyclogest. I do the cyclo morning and evening and the injection at lunchtime x

Morning! Battle through that headache, warrior! (I think you can take paracetamol, though!) Are you off work atm? Sounds like you've got a full time job with appointments etc.!

Hi Emmie! This headache is a beast 😂paracetamol is like fresh water 😂🙈No I’m working but from home- my boss has just come back from maternity leave and she’s very understanding and supportive, I’m very lucky! X how are you???

Glad your work is supportive. I'm okay. On the countdown to my baseline scan in 2 weeks. Trying to eat well and be in the best place possible for the next round.

I’m not too bad thanks. At least AF arrived this morning. Just hoping that I ovulate soon so I can try conceive naturally this month! You think it’s true that we are more fertile after a round of ivf due to all the meds? X

Hi issy, so exciting that you had your BFP.

I am there as well but struggle to celebrate as I am in so much pain, I get really really really bad pain episodes and I am not getting any sleep in this important part of pregnancy.😴

But I am wondering, did you have a fresh cycle and are you using progesterone vaginally?

My clinic doesn’t test any blood or go the extra mile to make sure that everything is as it should be 🤯

Hi Kira, I’m sorry to hear you’re having a difficult time, but congrats on your BFP! 😍🤞🏻🍀I’m not sleeping much too, I’m always awake at 3-4 am then fall asleep in the afternoon 😂I had a FET and doing the cyclogest vaginally, 3 times a day. Hopefully I won’t have to add injections but I’ll find out tonight after the blood test result. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
