OTD - BFN 😔

Did my test this morning it was negative so told to come of the medication. I have had melt downs all week (testing too early) but today I am fine. It is what it is I guess. Hard to get your head round why it didn’t work as had two grade 2 blastocysts put in but that’s how it goes.

My husband wants to do it again and maybe I will I don’t know yet.

My advice for the 2WW wait don’t test too early at least wait until 10-11dpt 5dt. It’s really made my negative result harder. If I do it again I would wait a bit longer and be pregnant until proven otherwise (PUPO)

Thanks for all the support you all gave me it’s very much appreciated

Xxx

Im sorry to hear that, BFN's never get any easier. Take some time out, grieve and treat yourselves to something nice....some quality time together and see how you feel after that. Hugs.xx

A different nurse has called me and said to stay on medication for one more day and test tomorrow 🙈 she has said the outcome is unlikely to change but it’s their protocol. I feel like AF is coming ... I hope it does ASAP so we can mooooove on from this xxxx

Hi

I’m really sorry to hear this. My OTD is Friday but stupidly tested today and got a BFN at 7dpt5dt.

On my last two rounds they said to stay on meds for two days after OTD BFN.

Just in case result changed to give it two days more time. Same on both of my previous cycles. That’s why I commented as I thought one day was odd. Even home pregnancy tests say leave it a few days before retesting.
