Well I wasnโt expecting that this morning! Of course we have a huge way to go, but after 3 years with our clinic, many many years trying, my first ever positive aged 38.
Iโm sure it will kick in at some point but feeling weirdly numb right now. Thanks for all your lovely messages when I hit my 2ww hump recently! Xx

Hi Solly, I hope you donโt mind me asking, Iโm still planning ๐ my FET for end of this month - had a little set back. Iโm not doing down reg so are you able to tell me how long it roughly takes to get to transfer? My protocol says to take progynova for 15days before the pessaries begin for transfer but does this all depend on how my lining responds so may well be less than 15 days for the first part? Xx
Hiya love. Mine have always been a bit less than 15 days, so maybe thatโs the maximum? Or to fit in with a certain day they want to transfer perhaps? I think on different cycles I took progynova for 7, 8 & 11 days before starting progesterone for 5 full days then transfer on the 6th. My clinic donโt do transfers on Mondays or Fridays so they like to fit you in with their slots if that makes sense xx
Thanks so much. Yes makes complete sense. I was concerned about xmas coming up and they said as itโs medicated they can take complete control so I neednโt worry about cut offs which makes more sense now as I couldnโt work out how that would be possible if it takes so long to get to transfer.
This has made me feel much better. Thank you and congratulations again on your positive ๐ฅฐ xxx
Congratulations what a lovely strong BFP you have. It can feel very surreal after such a tough journey (I still canโt believe we got our miracle baby!!!) All the best with your pregnancy xxx
It just got confirmed by my beta - I didnโt get the figure but she said it was a very strong result ๐ฌ Need to take everything 1 day at a time now. Thanks again for the support xx
