Synarel Spray - am I taking it correctly?

Started my down reg on Thursday and can't help but worry I'm not taking it correctly. I'm pointing it into the flesh of my nose but started panicking wondering should it be touching the flesh of my nose as I spray or not? I know I'm probably over thinking it.. 🙈
