Have anyone of you experienced constipation as side effect of Lutigest? What did you do?

I'm taking Lutigest 3 times a day since 5dt till first scan at 7 weeks. I had it for almost 5 weeks now with 2 more weeks to go. The problem is that it completely stops me from having number 2. It has been 4 days in a row without me able to have one. Did anyone had something like this ? What can help? Fibre food diet and drinking more liquid does not seem to help. I'm a bit worried, but also conscious of taking any medicine.

Thanks very much Sayuayme. I actually phoned the clinic today and ask for a prescription of laxative medicine (safe in pregnancy). If I'm not mistaken they prescribed me exactly that. I will collect the prescription/buy medicine tomorrow, so can confirm then if anyone else is interested.
