Possible sensitive question re Progynova and sickness

Hi ladies,

I was just wanting to know if anyone had any idea how progynova takes to absorb? Unfortunately my tummy hasn't been the best today and I was sick around one and a half hour after taking my 2 tablets x

Awe I feel it for you.... i can’t answer your question but I can definitely sympathise.

I’ve been extremely nauseous and headaches for the past 14 days on progynova 🤢I haven’t actually thrown up although I’ve been very close to.

I’ve been drinking loads of water and chewing gum to get over the feeling as someone suggested in this forum.

Hi Holly. It should absorb within an hour of taking it, and start to work. Try and drink plenty of water, even if only sipping. This should help with the nausea. Good luck! Diane
