DNA fragment

Hi all, has anyone or their partners had a dna fragment done and what is your understanding off this?

I know if it is a high % then you have icsi cycle. Our consultant said the reason it is high is due to "environmental factors" again not sure what that even means

Has anyone here had this is and what did your consultant do?
