Hi guys. A week on fematab and I'm finding my mood a bit all over the place. More specifically, I'm irritable and impatient towards people. Is that common? Maybe I'm using the fematab as an excuse for my poor attitude :). Is that a side effect? And any advice how to combat it (eg good meditation podcast etc). Can't wait to be off these things. Hole you are all well!

I have no experience I'm afraid but I wouldn't be too worried! We're all allowed an off day or two! Give yourself a break! Good luck!
