Embryo on board.. More complicated that expected but PUPO!

Embryo transfer done and dusted.. 1 grade A embryo on board!

The doctor had some difficulty actually getting it in, I have a tilted womb which they had already seen but seems I also have a "corner' or 'bend' in my cervix.

He had to tell the embryologist to put the embryo back in the incubator while he tried a mock transfer and ended up having to use clamps to clamp and like twist my cervix into the right position. Was all rather sore!

But little freezer baby is on board and hope the awkwardness of the trasnfer doesn't affect our chances xo

Sorry it wasn’t so straightforward, that sounds extremely painful.

If it’s any consolation my first transfer that was successful was all very awkward and sore she had 3 attempts..... I got my BFP .

Time for us both to relax and let our precious little one burrow in as we deserve this so much 😘

Well done! Things never run smoothly do they - sounds like it was uncomfortable for you not embryo though so fingers crossed all will be well. 🤞🏻😁
