Gluten free diet??
Iam diagnosed with a low AMH .Am only 25 years and don't know what to do ....so please help guys....
Sorry to hear of your diagnosis. It must be difficult when you’re so young.
My AMH was 1.8, after a couple of months on DHEA it doubled to 3.6.
Ultimately I decided to go down the route of using donor eggs due to my age but there are things you can do to improve your AMH.
DHEA, ubiquinol, Omega 3 and Royal Jelly are all supposed to help.
You could go down the route of natural ivf, this is used for some women with low AMH, where they just take the one egg your body produces each month and fertilise it. Since you’re so young there’s a good chance that your eggs are still of a high quality, it may just be that you don’t have many eggs.
I’m sure there are gluten free IVF diets out there but I don’t see how cutting out gluten would help. There’s mixed ideas about whether dairy is good or not when trying to conceive. Are you under a private or NHS fertility clinic? Did whoever gave you your AMH result say what the next steps could be for you?
I did one round of ivf and got only 2 eggs retrieved and one fertilised and got a bfp but it was a blighted ovum ...n miscarried in 8 weeks
My gn jst showed a dead end ....and with research on Google I found out dat gluten free diet helps with low amh
