Just when I thought the 2WW was over...

As if the 2WW wasn’t torturous enough I’ve only got to wait another 4 weeks for a viability scan.

It’s my OTD today, Called the clinic as told and notified them of my results.

I didn’t realise they don’t do beta blood tests or scans before 6 weeks😩😣

I think I’m going to be a nervous wreck by then not knowing if there is a heartbeat...❣

We decided not to share this journey with many friends or family until we were sure...

I’m now running out of excuses for why I’m not attending social gatherings and drinking alcohol. Should I just tell... or continue avoiding the nosey ones....😂

We decided on telling only our closest (mum, aunt and my best friend) felt a lot better with them knowing. They’ve been sworn to secrecy for the time being as I explained we need to see the heartbeat before getting excited. Thanks for you advice x

We told immediately family straight away at the end of the day they're our support network of something goes wrong. And also helpful in covering things up! Congratulations, and it's your decision either way x

Hi mushy. One loooong waiting game, I'm afraid. Just to rub salt in the wounds, I used to do 7 week scans to ensure a nice little heartbeat. When ever you have yours, it will be just as magical, so keep busy and look forward to meeting your little "bean". Diane

I'm with you, Ive had to wait 4 weeks until scan and I'm still waiting as it's Wednesday. I find this harder than the 2ww. Good luck. I've hid away from friends lol, so much bloating lol

Good luck for Wednesday..😉 yes we’ve decided to continue hiding away from friends. Oh gosh... the bloating and constipation is a lot..😩😩😩
