Do you have to bleed for blighted ovum or miscarriage! X

I have my 7 week heartbeat scan next week and I’m getting worried I haven’t bled and still getting positive test shall I relax? Xx

Unfortunately there isnt always bleeding with a missed miscarriage/silent miscarriage/blighted ovum. Hopefully all will be well at scan for you, fingers crossed. I think we all worry waiting for scans.xx

I think we are all worriers after all of our fertility struggles. Do whatever you can to distract yourself, go for a nice lunch with your OH or go to cinema whatever you enjoy. Best of luck for next week!
