Thanks everyone for the support yesterday, I had a complete meltdown convinced this cycle hasn’t worked and found myself frantically googling symptoms while searching for clinics to go to for the next cycle 🙈
I got some acupuncture treatment and that really helped to relax me and I slept last night properly since transfer 😁
Just need to keep myself busy for another 9 days before we test, I wanted to test early but decided not to because I feel on the one hand I should be prepared for the BFN on official test day but at the same time I want to stay in this PUPO bubble as long as I can 🙏🏻
The cramping has stopped and apart from a full heavy feeling down below I’m pretty much back to normal, trying not to brood too much on whether that’s a good of bad thing 🙈 just need to take it all one day at a time 🤞
Good luck to everyone in their 2WW and hoping it’s not too stressful 😳 xx

Hi Sarah. So pleased you've decided not to test early, as it can blow your mind even more! The heavy feeling you have, could just be down to your womb settling down again after being pulled about, plus your ovaries may still be a bit active. Try drinking some extra water as it sometimes helps. Well all I can do is wish you huge luck and I shall be thinking of you. Diane
Thanks DianeArnold the cramping has definitely settled down, it was worse just before and after embryo transfer, Wednesday was the first day I felt "normal" but they started up again yesterday and were more intense that felt like AF was about to start and I just had a sinking feeling that it's not going to work again 😭
Drinking lots of water and warm water and tea definitely help, I'm trying to keep the faith that there's still a chance our embryo has snuggled in tight 🤞but trying to prepare myself for it not working.
