How do I prepare myself before ivf

Hi, my name is favour. I want to go for IVF using donor egg. Is there anything I can do to improve my success. This is my fourth IVF. I need a positive result this time.

My checklist is:

- Vitamin supplements (for both of you)

- Complementary therapy (Reiki, Accupuncture, Reflexology)

- Good food

- Lots of laughing

- Meditation

...and above all, a positive mindset.

It's about being a little optimistic. I totally understand how tough it can be. I've had a couple of failed cycles. It's important to stay hopeful. It's also really crucial to keep a good diet. I would suggest vitamin supplements. You can do this! Sending lots of good wishes and prayers.
