Update on predisolone

So I got speaking to my consultant he was a wee bit more forthcoming, told me I can take the predisolone from day of transfer and he but hec has no preference I can take from 5 -20mg 🙄 whatever my gp doctor advise! I know my gp won't advise sje will b gong on recommdations from the consultant..... I think I'm going to go with 15.....

Well i was on 10mg from transfer if that helps?! Im ok.....I think. My mind is out of control a lot if the time but doing ok....can't help over analysing everything but what can you do?!😂🙈xx

Oh i know symptom spotting at any wee thing. When is ur otd? Will u test early? Thank u, I think I might take 10 or 15, don't think il risk 20 even though I'm sure it wud b fine. He is doing my transfer so il speak to him then again..... the poor man prob hates me lol I have him tortured.

I started on 20 on same day as progesterone for 4 days then down to 10mg and will stay at that. I probably will test early....never had any sign of a bfp so always looking for something extra....even if it's just implantation which probably sounds daft but this is our 5th transfer now and if it doesn't work I'll need to convince hubby that we have reason to try again. I'm defo trying to symptom spot, had a wee bit of heartburn this morning but probably just ate breakfast and lay down to watch t.v so nothing to do with it!😂😂

Ahhh don't worry about your consultant, make then work for their money.....I sure do!!xx

Fingers crossed this will b your long awaited BFP 🤞 this will b my 4th transfer ( first fet)have had two cp and a bfn from fresh cycles..... so I know a bit how your feeling, just such a stressful process. Have you any frozen left? My hubby is a bit sceptical about going again but I think I am convincing him into the refund package if these wee frozen don't stick.... tho we need to stay positive. Thank you! We have 1 left after this go. I would have put all 3 back if they'd have let me!😂 My hubby has defo lost any kind of enthusiasm but I juat keep thinking it's got to work eventually, it's just a numbers game!xx

Ur the same as me we we will have one left after this wee transfer too (that is if they all thaw ok) I asked my consultant at our last review if he thought I should give up,I just wanted to hear how opinion and he said no he thought it was a matter if when not if...... so yeah like u a numbers game.

Glad your consultant will let you try it even if not very helpful with the dose. I was on 10mg if that helps x

I’m surprised that your consultant didn’t specify a dose 🤔 It’s good he agreed you can try tho! I was given a dose of 10mg daily from a positive pregnancy test, I swear it helped to my baby safe. I had no ill side effects from it either.
