MY BOOBS ARE GETTING SMALLER😌

Hi everyone... How are you all doing?

Happy new year to you all.

Honestly, this journey has not been easy at all but I’m just taking one step at a time😌

My boobs got bigger a little bit after I found out I was pregnant. It continued to grow bigger and sore. But to my surprise, it’s gone smaller compare to last week. And no soreness unlike before.

Please has anyone experienced this before? Should I be worried about this pregnancy? I’m 4 weeks and 6 days today.

Is this normal?🤦🏻‍♀️ Only God knows how many times I grab my boobs in a day 😥

Hi Nancy, my boobs have also become smaller and are no longer painful which I agree is a little disconcerting as sore boobs feels like proof of our pregnancies doesn't it?

From my obsessive googling and reading up though, it's normal for symptoms to come and go so I wouldn't worry too much. Lots of other women have this symptom come and go too and it eases off even more in the 2nd trimester.

They say to only worry/seek help if symptom loss is accompanied by heavy red bleeding and or pain but I've had the bleeding and have since seen baby wriggling about at 13 weeks on scan so even then things can still be ok.

It's so hard not to worry because we want this so much but I think it's important to try and keep in mind that each pregnancy is different and as long as we're doing all we can to protect our babies then we can do no more...

easy to say from someone who's just written a worried post of their own mind you! 😂

Lots of luck and wishes for a successful pregnancy going forward lovely xxx

Hi ladies. I think it's uncommon for your boobs to stay sore throughout the entirety of your pregnancy. As your hormones settle down, and especially when the placenta takes over, your symptoms should hopefully completely subside. This is why the second trimester is when women start glowing (and it isn't just excessive sweating from being so damn hot all of the time). My sore boobs went way before the placenta took over and didn't come back until my milk came in. They did get bigger though towards the end, but without the soreness. Wishing you both a healthy pregnancy 😊

Thank you so much for this! So grateful... 🙏🏻

Hello,

I had this exact same thing and really worried I was losing my symptoms. I ended up paying for a private scan as was so freaked. However, the dr and midwife said it was completely normal for some symptoms to come and go which reassured me.

Google is very unhelpful here so if you’re worried talk to you clinic or dr. You should still listen to your body.

I would enjoy it as it was short lived for me and now my boobs are killing again!! Lol.

All the best to you.

Xx
