I thought I would let you know that I’m currently doing a great course on Insight Timer app “Overcoming obstacles to fertility” by Caroline Avnit. She also has lovely meditations, I’m still to try “Moon Practice to increase fertility”. I thought that some of you might enjoy it. X

Just type mindfulivf.com into google then it will give you the option to download from IOS store or google play. A lot of it is free to download and some you have to pay for but no more that £5 for a one off payment-it’s fantastic, I’d highly recommend it xx
