If it was me, I would definitely stay away from painting during 2WW. The fumes from paint are toxic. Good luck xx

We were planning to do some painting over Christmas, but I think I'll have started my FET so I won't be doing any, I would say if your in your 2ww definitely not too xox

I was told not to lift anything over 5kg. And I would definitely steer clear of dusty surroundings or chemical paints. If you are able to do that then it might actually be a good way to take your mind off the 2ww xx

I'm also renovating my house and it's come to an utter standstill whilst I've been going through treatment!! I really really want to get the place finished but decided it was more important to avoid any chemicals and I was really nervous about inhaling anything bad! So my advice would also be to avoid the DIY for a while. Hope you can find something else fun to distract you on the 2ww! xx

I have often wondered if painting skirting boards and radiators would be ok (mine need doing) physically I don’t think it’s too strenuous but I worried about the chemicals being potentially harmful so I didn’t bother xx

Yea I’m the same just generally feel like I don’t wanna inhale the nastiness but actually wondering is it really that bad!!?

Meant to ask the clinic today but forgot! 🤦🏻‍♀️

You can get chemical free or reduced paint. Ask the clinic though, they will know best x

One of the nurses at the clinic once told me at the start of a two week wait not to do anything that would give me regrets. If the DIY can wait a bit longer I’d leave it, just to be on the safe side xx
