Hi everyone.
I know I said I wouldn’t test 😏 but I had a rise in temperature & lots of fertile mucus and breast pain. This morning I had a faint line on the test but this afternoon re tested & yeah I got my smiley face 😊😊😊
I wondered if the clomid had delayed ovulation & now I know when to expect my period.
Whatever happens this cycle I’m chuffed I have ovulated 😊

Aw happy days normal is good. So pleased for you.. I’m great thanks well as well as I can be anyway. Still off work not sure when I’m going back. Landed in Tenerife yesterday evening, currently sitting in bar having few drinks. It’s my late daddy’s birthday so I drank a whiskey in his memory and to toast him. Xx
Tenerife is so beautiful, I love Spain ❤️ I hope you enjoyed those drinks, that must have been a difficult day for you. How long are you staying in sunny Tenerife? You take as much time as you need, grief is a individual thing. xoxo
Aw daddy’s birthday does get a little easier for me and I just think of all my happy memories with him. Drinks were fab. We will be in Tenerife for just over a week. I’ll think about work when back home, I think sometimes I’ve been off longer but only 2 months. Xx

Oh yes I can relate to that!!😂 I'm ok thanks, just waiting on day 1 before I can arrange the next part of my plan! Never comes when it's supposed to for treatment and usually like clockwork, bloody periods!!😬😤xx
Oh blinking periods are always late when you want them to come & arrive bang on time when you are desperate not to see them 🤦🏽♀️

Ha ha ha well she never fails to turn up so I'll just have to wait....not my strong points as Im sure you know already - will give the hot water bottle a bash tonight! Im going to do a mock transfer around day 18 to find out what the heck is going on with my cervix. If there is still a problem I hope to book a cervical dilatation....cant say Im looking forward to that but want to try to make sure my next transfer goes without hitch to give us a better chance of success. There always seems to be bloody something with my stupid body!!🤬xx

I assume the cervix dilation would be under general?
I’m sure it will definitely help, it’s not great start if the transfer isn’t straight forward & complicated , to you or your embryo. Hopefully this is the last pierce of your jigsaw puzzle🤞🏻 You definitely deserve a better & happier outcome ✨🌈Keeping everything crossed for you.

Ha ha ha yes, incredibly patient sometimes sounds and feels like an understatement but I do think this is the way forward. I think the procedure is done under local😱 and yes this does give me the heebie jeebies, however I had CIN treatment 5 years ago (cold coagulation, burning of cells with a hot rod) under local and didnt feel a thing although wasnt pleasant so fingers crossed, just want it sorted to be honest.
Yep, our bodies sure like to put us through it! There are a few of us it seems who's bodies are working against us when we deserve our happy ending! Will update everyone once I know more!xx

These tests are the best to use, can't go too wrong with them. I start testing around day 7 (as that's what the instructions say) but I don't ovulate until day 15 - 17, and I only have a 24 day cycle. I tried the other tests but just couldn't make out the lines, which is frustrating! Glad to hear you've ovulated xx

Hi Jess! I have about 6 weeks left before were off to Cyprus for our tandem cycle. Im excited but nervous at the same time. I suffer with anxiety too so am prone to panic attacks which is worrying me at the moment. Also my partner will need an op too to try and extract sperm as UK hospital have refused to send his frozen sperm out. This whole journey is so stressful! Im hoping to god this one works as its our last go X
