Made a boo boo.

So this morning in my rush to get to work ive forgotten to take my daily dose of progynova. Will it be ok to take it when i get home?

I got told to space mine out for best absorption although Im on 4 tablets a day. I cant think for one day that it will make an awful lot of difference! Try not to worry!xx

Hiya, I was told to space them out through the day for best outcome but I’m sure one day won’t do any harm. Try not to worry and take it as soon as you get home x

They never said which way round to do it at my clinic, i did the space out method on my last go but my memory is like a sieve so i decided all in one go this time. Only thing they did say was if i felt sicky i should spread them out xx

Pretty sure I was on 3 of these a day & used to take them all together in an evening. I don’t think it will make a difference x
