Reassurance scan tomorrow 😣

I should be reassured that I have another scan in the morning (I’ll be 9+5), but actually I am terrified! I’ve been happily bumbling along, until a few hours ago and suddenly I’m stressing - I don’t feel pregnant today, what if something has gone wrong?

I know I’m likely being neurotic, but I just can’t shake this nervous feeling.

Anyone else suffering with the same anxieties?

Hun tbh every time I am due for a scan or have had a scan and it's a week later my anxiety is off the scale. It's so normal to feel like this it's not nice it's very difficult but I really feel it is normal, because we've worked so hard to get here it's the fear of everything going wrong. Really rooting for you hun and you get the reassurance you so deserve . I'm going for a gender scan on Saturday and I'm absolutely crapping myself that something isn't right.

Technology fail... managed to post that before I had finished 😂 Was going to say thank you for replying & it’s strangely reassuring to know that I’m not the only worrier... I just hope that it is unfounded and that I’m relieved tomorrow! You’re right, when it’s fought for it is hard not to worry. I hope you’re good & that you get some answers from the renal team soon xx

Bless ya, we all think we will be so happy once we get that bfp but in reality that's just the tip of the iceberg. I'm sure everything will be fine hun do keep us updated.

Yup. Feel exactly like that. Booked a private scan at the end of the week (I turned ten weeks today) because I’m not able to wait until the 12 week scan, which I haven’t got a date for yet, because I’m so convinced it’s all gone wrong and I don’t know!

Ahhh, not just me then... It would be so much nicer to be optimistically & contentedly waiting 😊, but I just can’t get my head into that. Glad you’ve got a reassurance scan booked, 12 weeks (or 13 in my case) is far too long to wait for a scan! I hope it all goes just perfectly for you xx

Hi lovely just wanted to say good luck for today and enjoy it!! Would be lovely to see a pic of your almost 10 week old 😊 !

I'm only going to the docs tomorrow and I'm 12 weeks the day before we go on holiday. Will definitely be booking in for a private scan before I go for peace of mind!
