Hi Ladies

I’m currently on 4dp5dt and my fiancé’s taken me away for a few days, we’ In Somerset and the barn we’re staying in backs into a steep hill which is the walking trail ,I’m generally quite fit anyway, I have been doing about daily things like walking the dog and grocery shopping and trying to live normally in this 2 week wait. Do you think I’ll be ok walking up these hills if I just take it easy?

Thanks xx

You’re perfectly fine to continue doing things which you would normally do, just don’t put yourself under too much strain. If it keeps your mind off waiting then it’s only a good thing :) x

Yes definitely, it sounds idyllic! Just don’t suddenly take up a new high impact sport is the advice you usually get and as you’re fitness is good anyway, it doesn’t sound like a problem
